We are currently searching for a Senior Employee Relations Representative to add to our team. The Senior Employee Relations Representative provides support to SLHS management and employees to assist with employee relations policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities include supporting HR in the communication of SLHS policies and practices in coaching and corrective action, attendance, non-discrimination, and other policies related to employee behavior. Assists leadership in tracking advocacy metrics, including exit survey data, corrective actions, turnover, and advocacy requests. This individual serves as a primary resource to Employee Relations Representatives regarding employee/leadership concerns. Assists leadership in achieving SLHS’s overall goals of ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all employees, while at the same time supporting management’s goal of achieving a high performing workforce. Candidate must remain current on pertinent employment laws and regulations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
•5 years of experience
•Previous experience in Employee Relations, Strong knowledge of employment law
