Values-Based Approach to Developing a Compensation Philosophy: Sheena Boyd will provide valuable insights into developing a compensation philosophy, leveraging a values-based approach.

Sheena Boyd brings 15 years of Human Resource experience from a variety of organizations, including a Fortune 500 multinational retailer, a national industrial supplier, small business, and state government. Most recently, she served many regional businesses of various sizes and in diverse industries as an HR Consultant before being invited to apply her knowledge internally as AmeriBen’s Senior HR Business Partner. She is well known in the community as a trusted advisor and dynamic speaker, whose interactive presentations engage audiences while delivering valuable and actionable insights into daily work.

How to Select a Broker or Vendor: Trish Quarles will lead us through an exploration of best practices and key considerations in selecting a benefits broker or vendor that is right for your organization. 

Trish Quarles is an acknowledged leader within the employee benefits industry and frequently conducts educational seminars on a variety of topics. Trish has over 26 years of experience in consulting, underwriting and developing strategic initiatives for her clients. In 2014, she developed a specialized Self-Funding Unit at PayneWest, which aids in vendor placement to include TPA analysis; stop loss placement and contract review; network analysis; funding and contribution strategies; data analytics; and compliance assistance.
