The Southern Idaho Compensation and Benefits Association serves the Boise and Treasure Valley areas of Idaho and surrounding cities.

The mission of the Southern Idaho Compensation & Benefits Association (SICBA) is to promote the advancement of knowledge in the professional field of total rewards, which is defined to include all areas of direct and indirect remuneration of employees. SICBA addresses this mission through the sponsorship of professional compensation and benefits education; professional information exchange; and compensation and benefits data gathering and research.
